1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern registration for TeslaCorsa events and the related booking relationship, together with applicable use of teslacorsa.com (the “Site”).

TeslaCorsa is operated by [FULL LEGAL ENTITY NAME], a [STATE OF FORMATION] [ENTITY TYPE] (“TeslaCorsa,” “we,” “us” or “our”).

By affirmatively accepting these Terms during registration, you agree to be bound by them. Anyone registering on behalf of another person must provide accurate information and ensure that each Participant completes their own required acknowledgments, certifications and waivers. Purchasing a registration for another person does not authorize you to sign a liability release on that person’s behalf.

These Terms are not a release of liability and do not replace the separate participation documents described in Section 15.

2. Definitions

“Event” means a TeslaCorsa high-performance driving event, track day, noncompetitive autocross, instruction session or associated gathering identified in the applicable event listing.

“Participant” means a person approved and registered to drive at an Event.

“Attendee” means a person present at an Event, including Participants, passengers, crew, guests and spectators.

“Venue” means the circuit or facility hosting an Event and, where appropriate, its owner or operator.

“Operating Partner” means an organization providing event management, track operations, timing, flagging, instruction or safety services for an Event, including Speed Ventures where identified in the event listing.

“Event Documents” means the applicable event listing, drivers briefing, TeslaCorsa EV Tech Inspection Form, technical and safety requirements, required operating-partner manuals, and other materials expressly identified as applicable to the Event.

3. Participant Eligibility

To participate as a driver, you must:

A. Be at least 18 years old, unless expressly approved under Section 4.
B. Hold a valid driver’s license and bring it to the Event. Any exception for a minor holding a learner’s permit must satisfy Section 4.
C. Present a vehicle that meets the applicable technical and safety requirements.
D. Complete the required reading, certifications and registration documents by the stated deadlines.
E. Sign all required waivers and consent documents.
F. Attend the mandatory drivers meeting in full and complete any required instruction or orientation.
G. Comply with your assigned run group’s requirements and all applicable safety instructions.

We may refuse or suspend driving privileges when a Participant’s eligibility, vehicle condition or conduct does not meet the applicable requirements or presents a safety concern.

Refund restrictions for Participant noncompliance are addressed in Section 9. If we cancel an otherwise compliant Participant’s registration for our own administrative or operational reasons, the applicable organizer-cancellation provisions in Section 10 apply.

4. Minors

Persons under 18 may not ride as passengers during on-track driving sessions. This restriction does not, by itself, prohibit minors from attending as spectators or riding in vehicles in public parking or access areas where permitted by the Venue.

A minor may drive only if the specific Event permits minor drivers and all of the following requirements are met:

A. The minor meets the minimum age and licensing requirements approved for that Event by the Venue, Operating Partner and applicable event insurance arrangements.
B. TeslaCorsa and any other required approving parties provide written approval before registration is completed.
C. Any learner’s permit is expressly accepted for the proposed activity by the approving parties. Possession of a permit alone does not establish eligibility.
D. The minor satisfies the required experience, instruction and supervision conditions.
E. A parent or legal guardian remains at the Venue and is available throughout the minor’s participation.
F. The minor and parent or legal guardian complete all signatures, waivers and consents required of them.
G. The minor complies with all Participant rules and any additional restrictions imposed as a condition of approval.

A minor must not register or drive while approval is pending. If the required approvals or insurance arrangements are unavailable, the minor may not drive.

Approval applies only to the specified Event and does not carry forward to another Event.

Minor spectators must remain under responsible adult supervision and comply with Venue restrictions, including restrictions on access to pits, grid and other controlled areas.

5. Nature of the Events

TeslaCorsa driving Events are noncompetitive activities organized into run groups or other formats appropriate to the Event. Eligible vehicle types and available activities are stated in the event listing.

Events are not races. Competition for position, racing and driving outside the applicable passing rules are prohibited. Timing, where offered, is for personal reference and driver development unless an separately documented activity expressly provides otherwise.

Venues and Operating Partners may manage on-track operations, flagging, grid procedures, instruction and safety services. Participants must follow their authorized instructions.

Schedules, session lengths, run groups and track configurations may change for operational or safety reasons. Changes and any resulting refund rights are addressed in Section 10.

6. Registration and Fees

Registration may be processed through a third-party ticketing platform, including Eventbrite. The platform’s applicable terms and privacy policy also govern its services.

A registration is confirmed when payment is successfully processed and confirmation is issued. Driving privileges remain subject to completion of the participation requirements.

The event listing will identify what the registration includes and any separately payable charges, such as Venue admission, passenger registration, timing equipment, rentals or charging.

Venue admission fees and accepted payment methods vary. Review the event listing and Venue information before arrival, including any requirements for early entry.

Registrations are personal to the named Participant and may be transferred only under Section 7.

7. Registration Transfers

You may request a transfer to another eligible person by emailing signup@teslacorsa.com.

Transfer requests must be received by the deadline stated in the event listing. If no deadline is stated, requests must be received more than seven calendar days before the Event’s published start time. Later requests may be considered but are not guaranteed.

A transfer becomes effective only after written confirmation from TeslaCorsa. The incoming Participant must complete their own registration information, acceptance of these Terms, certifications and waivers.

Any applicable transfer fee must be disclosed before the transfer is confirmed.

8. Required Reading and Pre-Event Certification

Before participating, every Participant must:

1. Read the applicable drivers briefing and required Event Documents.
2. Review the TeslaCorsa EV Tech Inspection Form and ensure that the vehicle meets its requirements.
3. Complete the required online certification by the deadline stated in the pre-event instructions.
4. Read any additional manuals required for their experience level or run group. First-time track drivers must complete the required beginner materials.

When self-inspection is permitted, you must physically check each applicable inspection item or arrange for a qualified person to do so. Do not certify an item based on an assumption.

If your vehicle changes, develops a fault, or no longer matches your certification, notify TeslaCorsa before driving and complete any required updated inspection or certification.

Online certification does not replace any inspection or paperwork required by the Venue or Operating Partner.

If a technical problem prevents submission, contact signup@teslacorsa.com before the deadline. Participation requires an approved alternative submission or completion of the required process; reporting a problem does not automatically authorize driving.

9. Participant Cancellations and Refunds

Refund requests received more than seven calendar days before the Event’s published start time qualify for a refund of the registration fee, less only those ticketing fees that may lawfully remain non-refundable under the applicable platform policy.

Requests received seven calendar days or fewer before the published start time are generally non-refundable. We may offer a future-event credit at our discretion.

The Event Venue’s local time zone applies when calculating deadlines.

Submit requests through the ticketing platform where available or by emailing signup@teslacorsa.com with your name, Event and order number.

No-shows are generally non-refundable.

Subject to applicable law and mandatory ticketing-platform requirements, refunds are not provided when a Participant is unable to drive or is removed because of their failure to meet previously disclosed eligibility, certification, waiver, technical, meeting or conduct requirements.

This section does not limit refund rights arising from cancellation or changes by TeslaCorsa under Section 10.

10. Event Changes and Organizer Cancellations

We may reschedule, relocate, shorten, suspend or cancel an Event because of weather, unsafe conditions, Venue or Operating Partner requirements, insufficient registrations, emergencies, regulatory action or other operational circumstances.

If we cancel an Event, we will provide refunds required by applicable law and the ticketing platform’s mandatory policies, including ticketing fees where required. Any alternative credit or transfer will be optional where a refund is required.

If we reschedule or relocate an Event, we will notify registered Participants and explain their transfer and refund options. Any request deadline will be stated in that notice and will not shorten rights provided by applicable law or mandatory platform policies.

Routine interruptions, red flags and reasonable schedule adjustments do not guarantee a refund. If an Event is materially curtailed or not substantially delivered, we will assess and provide the remedies required by applicable law and mandatory platform policies.

Nothing in these Terms makes acceptance of a replacement date or credit compulsory where a refund is otherwise required.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for independently incurred travel, accommodation, vehicle preparation or other incidental expenses resulting from Event changes or cancellation.

11. Vehicle Requirements and Technical Inspection

You are responsible for presenting and maintaining a vehicle suitable for the intended activity.

Your vehicle and safety equipment must comply with the applicable TeslaCorsa EV Tech Inspection Form and the Event’s published requirements, including any additional Venue or Operating Partner requirements.

These requirements may address:

A. Wheels, wheel fasteners, tires, wheel covers and other exterior components.
B. Brake pads, rotors, brake fluid and braking performance.
C. Steering, suspension, restraints and seat installation.
D. Fluid leaks, vehicle warnings, electrical systems and battery protection.
E. Removal or securement of loose items, floor mats and recording equipment.
F. Required recovery equipment and accessible towing provisions.
G. Helmets, clothing, footwear and approved harness systems.

Accepted helmet certifications, tire requirements, brake criteria and restraint requirements will be identified in the applicable technical documents. Approval of nonstandard equipment must be obtained before use.

Autopilot, Autosteer, Full Self-Driving and other automated driving functions must not be used during driving sessions. Follow the Event’s instructions regarding Track Mode, charging, battery preparation and other vehicle settings. Do not disable a safety system unless permitted by the applicable technical instructions.

Notify technical staff of any warning or condition that may affect safe operation. A vehicle may be withheld from participation until the concern has been evaluated and clearance is given.

An inspection or accepted self-certification is a limited screening. It does not guarantee that a vehicle is safe, mechanically sound or suitable for every driving condition.

12. Run Groups and Instruction

Run groups are assigned using the information provided during registration, observed driving and operational considerations. Provide accurate information about your experience.

TeslaCorsa or the Operating Partner may change your assignment, require additional instruction or suspend participation for safety reasons.

Follow the passing rules, signals and restrictions applicable to your assigned group. Do not enter a different group without authorization.

Instruction availability and any required instructional sessions will be described in the event listing or pre-event materials. Instructor approval is required before an instructor or passenger enters the vehicle.

When driving, you remain responsible for operating your vehicle and responding to conditions. Instruction does not eliminate the risks of participation.

13. Conduct and On-Track Safety

Comply with authorized instructions from TeslaCorsa, the Venue, the Operating Partner, flag marshals and safety personnel.

The Event’s approved safety briefing governs incident response. Unless immediate danger requires emergency evacuation, occupants must remain in the vehicle with seatbelts fastened and helmets secured after an on-track incident until directed otherwise by safety personnel.

This instruction does not require an occupant to remain in a vehicle threatened by fire or another immediate danger. Emergency evacuation procedures must follow the Venue’s safety briefing to the extent circumstances permit.

Report smoke, unusual heat, burning smells, suspected battery damage and other hazardous conditions to safety personnel as soon as practicable. Do not touch exposed high-voltage components or attempt to inspect a damaged battery pack yourself.

If a warning or mechanical problem develops, stop participating and follow the briefing’s procedures for safely leaving the driving surface or stopping in a designated safe location. Do not continue driving a vehicle that cannot be moved safely.

After an impact, off-track excursion, suspected underbody or battery contact, or a curb strike that may have caused damage, report to the designated technical personnel. Obtain clearance before returning to a driving session.

Driving privileges may be suspended or withdrawn for repeated incidents, recovery requirements or other safety concerns.

Prohibited conduct includes:

A. Racing, unsafe driving or unauthorized passing.
B. Ignoring flags, track limits or staff instructions.
C. Driving while impaired by alcohol, drugs, medication or another condition.
D. Abuse, threats or harassment.
E. Allowing an unauthorized or unwaivered person to drive or ride during a session.
F. Tampering with safety equipment or knowingly submitting inaccurate certifications.

Drivers and passengers must not consume alcohol before or during their participation.

Alcohol is prohibited in restricted areas until all on-track activity has ended, and stricter Venue rules apply where imposed.

Removal for Participant noncompliance is subject to Section 9.

14. Passengers

Passengers are permitted only in the Events, vehicles and run groups for which express permission has been given.

On-track passengers must be at least 18 years old, complete the applicable registration and waiver process, wear the required safety equipment, and comply with the Event’s safety rules.

Each passenger must occupy an approved seat with an approved restraint. Passenger capacity and any instructor-only restrictions are determined by the applicable Event rules.

Drivers must ensure that a proposed passenger is authorized before entering a session. Passengers remain responsible for their own required acknowledgments and compliance.

15. Risks and Separate Participation Documents

High-performance driving involves risks of vehicle and property damage, serious injury, permanent disability and death. These risks may involve driving errors, mechanical failures, collisions, track conditions, weather and other circumstances.

Organization, instruction, inspection and safety equipment cannot eliminate all risks.
Participation requires completion of the documents applicable to your role, including:

A. The pre-event technical certification.
B. The Venue’s entry waiver.
C. The Operating Partner’s participation waiver, where required.
D. The LIABILITY RELEASE, identifying [FULL LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and the other protected parties specified in that document.
E. Any required passenger, minor, guardian or other consent forms.

The required documents will be made available after purchase of tickets. Contact signup@teslacorsa.com if you cannot access them.

Each person must complete their own required documents, except where an authorized parent or legal guardian is required to act for a minor.

A person who has not completed the required documents may not enter restricted areas or participate. Any refund determination remains subject to Sections 9 and 10, applicable law and mandatory platform policies.

These Terms do not replace or expand the separate liability release.

16. Insurance, Vehicle Damage and Venue Charges

Do not assume that your personal automobile insurance covers participation. Coverage and exclusions vary, and a noncompetitive format does not establish insurance coverage.

Review your policy and contact your insurer before participating. Any specialist track-day policy should be checked for the specific Event, activity, vehicle, driver and types of loss covered.

Registration does not include insurance for your vehicle, your liability to others or your medical expenses unless the event listing expressly states otherwise.

You are responsible for Venue damage and recovery, cleanup or repair charges to the extent attributable to your actions or vehicle and properly payable under applicable law and the Venue terms disclosed for the Event.

Where charges are assessed through TeslaCorsa, we will provide the available basis for the charge and an opportunity to raise questions. Charges assessed directly by the Venue are handled through the Venue’s process.

Rental equipment must be returned as instructed. Any loss, damage or replacement charges must be disclosed in the applicable rental terms.

17. Photography, Video and Media Consent

TeslaCorsa and authorized media personnel may photograph and record Events for recaps, galleries, social media, publicity and other stated purposes.

Where consent is required for the intended use of your name, image, likeness or voice, we will obtain that consent through a separate acknowledgment or release. Uses for advertising, sponsor promotions or other commercial purposes will be governed by the consent actually provided.

A driver’s registration does not provide media consent for another adult. Any required consent involving a minor must be obtained from a parent or legal guardian.

Contact signup@teslacorsa.com before the Event if you have a media concern or do not wish to be featured. We will explain available arrangements and any practical limitations. We cannot control independent third-party recording or guarantee exclusion from incidental background footage.

Attendees may record their own sessions where permitted by the Venue and safety rules. Cameras and mounts must meet applicable technical requirements.

Personal sharing of your own footage is permitted subject to others’ rights and Venue restrictions. Obtain written permission before conducting commercial filming, presenting yourself as an authorized Event media provider, or using TeslaCorsa branding to imply sponsorship or endorsement. Ask in advance about monetized or sponsor-supported coverage.

18. Intellectual Property and Tesla Affiliation

The Site’s text, photographs, videos, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders.

You may link to Site content and use available sharing functions for personal, noncommercial purposes. Copying, republishing, selling or commercially exploiting protected content requires permission unless otherwise permitted by law.

Do not use TeslaCorsa’s name or marks in a way that implies an unauthorized affiliation or endorsement.

Tesla and its vehicle names and related marks are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. TeslaCorsa is independently organized and is not sponsored or endorsed by Tesla, Inc.

19. Third-Party Services

Events may involve ticketing platforms, Venues, Operating Partners, timing providers, instructors, photographers and other service providers.

Their applicable terms govern services they provide directly to you. Review the relevant terms before purchasing optional services or providing personal information.

We do not control independent third-party websites or their content. Nothing in this section excludes responsibility that TeslaCorsa retains under applicable law or its own agreements.

20. Privacy

Our collection, use, sharing and retention of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Event administration may require sharing relevant registration, eligibility and safety information with the Venue, Operating Partner and other necessary service providers, as described in that policy.

Third-party platforms may process information under their own privacy policies.

Marketing permissions and any required media consent are handled separately from mandatory participation acknowledgments where applicable.

Any additional rights under applicable privacy law remain unaffected by these Terms.

21. Website Disclaimers and Protected Rights

We take reasonable steps to keep Event information accurate, but the Site may contain errors or experience interruptions. Contact us if information affecting your registration appears inconsistent.

To the extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.

Website disclaimers do not override confirmed refund obligations or other express commitments in these Terms.

22. Limitations Relating to the Website and Booking Services

Subject to Section 21 and applicable law, TeslaCorsa will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising solely from use of the Site or administration of a booking, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Subject to the same limitations, liability arising solely from administration of a paid registration will not exceed the amount paid for the affected registration. This cap does not reduce a refund owed under these Terms, applicable law or mandatory platform policy.

This section does not govern claims for bodily injury, death or physical property damage arising from Event participation. Any applicable allocation or limitation of participation-related liability is addressed in the separate documents described in Section 15, subject to applicable law.

23. Responsibility for Third-Party Claims

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify TeslaCorsa and its operating legal entity for third-party claims, damages and reasonable legal expenses to the extent caused by your negligent or wrongful conduct or material breach of these Terms.

This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim is caused by the negligence or wrongful conduct of a party seeking indemnification, and does not override Section 21.

TeslaCorsa will provide reasonably prompt notice of a claim for which indemnification is sought and reasonable cooperation in addressing it. No settlement may impose an admission, payment obligation or other obligation on you without your consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.

Any separate participation-related indemnification obligations must be expressly stated in the applicable signed participation documents.

24. Changes to These Terms

The version accepted when you register governs that registration. We will not apply changes retroactively to reduce an existing refund right or impose a new liability release without any required notice and acceptance.

Event-specific operational and safety instructions may be updated when necessary. Material changes affecting participation will be communicated as promptly as practicable and remain subject to Section 10.

25. General and Document Priority

These Terms govern the booking relationship. Separate signed participation documents govern the matters expressly addressed in those documents.

Event Documents provide the applicable operational, eligibility and technical requirements. Live instructions from authorized safety personnel control immediate safety operations.

Event-specific instructions do not override mandatory legal rights or silently change the refund provisions in these Terms.

If documents appear inconsistent, contact TeslaCorsa before participating. Do not assume that approval from one party overrides a restriction imposed by the Venue or Operating Partner.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Registration transfers are permitted only under Section 7. Any assignment by TeslaCorsa remains subject to applicable law and does not reduce your existing rights.
