TeslaCorsa (“we,” “us” or “our”) operates teslacorsa.com and organizes driving events in the United States and internationally.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose personal information when you visit our website, register for or attend an event, complete forms, subscribe to communications or contact us.
TeslaCorsa is the legal entity responsible for the processing described in this policy. You may contact us at signup@teslacorsa.com or at the mailing address listed below.
This policy does not replace our event terms, participation waivers or media permissions. Visiting our website or reading this policy does not, by itself, authorize marketing communications or use of your likeness in advertising.

Depending on your interactions with TeslaCorsa, we collect the following information:

Contact information and correspondence

Names, email addresses, region, communication preferences and information provided through inquiries or other correspondence.

Event registration and transaction information

Events selected, purchased add-ons, registration status, and transaction or refund information provided through the applicable registration service.

Vehicle and driving information

Vehicle name, model, trim and sometimes model year; driving experience; assigned run group; and lap times.

Event forms and certifications

Information submitted through Google Forms or the applicable event registration process, including technical certifications, participant information and acknowledgments.

Media

Photographs and video that may show attendees, vehicles, voices and event participation.

Information concerning minors

Information provided by a parent or legal guardian concerning a minor’s proposed participation or attendance, including relevant correspondence and permissions.

Website information

Technical and usage information associated with website visits, analytics, security checks and cookie preferences. Depending on the tools and settings involved, this may include IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, referring sources, approximate location derived from an IP address, and interactions with website features.

Please avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information through ordinary email or general inquiry forms.

3. Sources of Information

• Directly from you through registrations, forms, subscriptions and correspondence.
• From registration and payment services used for an event.

• Through event administration, timing and media activities.

When providing information about another person, please ensure that you are authorized to do so and direct them to this policy where appropriate.

• Manage cookie preferences and privacy requests.

5. Registration and Payment Services

We use Eventbrite for registrations and payments for events offered through that platform. Registration records for those events are maintained in Eventbrite.

Not all TeslaCorsa events use Eventbrite. International or other events may use a different registration process. The event’s registration materials should identify the applicable organizer, registration service and relevant privacy information.

Payment details submitted to a registration platform or its payment provider are processed under the applicable provider’s policies. TeslaCorsa receives the registration and transaction information made available to administer your booking.

This policy governs TeslaCorsa’s handling of information. Providers may also process information independently under their own privacy policies.

6. Forms and Email Platforms

Google Forms

We use Google Forms to collect and maintain event-related submissions, including participant information and technical certifications.

Mailchimp

We currently use Mailchimp to manage marketing contacts and send email communications.

Planned Klaviyo transition

We plan to use Klaviyo for email marketing. As part of that transition, relevant contact information and communication preferences may be transferred to Klaviyo. Unsubscribe preferences must remain effective through any platform change.

Using a different provider does not, by itself, expand the purposes for which we use your information.

7. How We Disclose Information

Speed Ventures

For events operated with Speed Ventures, we share driver names, email addresses, purchased add-ons and assigned run groups.

Unplugged Performance

TeslaCorsa contacts are added to TeslaCorsa and Unplugged Performance marketing email lists. Contact information is made available for those communications, subject to applicable marketing requirements and unsubscribe choices.

Service providers

We disclose information to providers supporting registration, payment administration, forms, email delivery, website operation, analytics, security and cookie-preference management, as needed for their services.

Event media

Media may be published in TeslaCorsa recaps and galleries and used in Unplugged Performance social media or paid advertising, subject to the applicable permissions described in Section 10.

Legal and safety matters

We may disclose relevant information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or valid legal process, respond to a safety incident, protect people or property, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

8. Marketing Communications

We use contact information for TeslaCorsa event communications and Unplugged Performance marketing emails.

You can stop promotional emails using the unsubscribe link in the relevant email. You may also contact signup@teslacorsa.com for assistance, including a request concerning both brands.

Because TeslaCorsa and Unplugged Performance may maintain separate lists, unsubscribing from one may not automatically unsubscribe you from the other. Please specify if you want assistance with both.

We may continue to send necessary nonpromotional messages about an existing registration, such as safety instructions, schedule changes, refunds or responses to your requests.

We may retain limited information to record and honor an unsubscribe request.

Where applicable law requires consent for marketing, that consent must be obtained through the relevant signup process. This Privacy Policy does not replace that consent.

9. Cookies, Analytics and Security

Analytics

We use analytics technologies to understand how visitors find and use our website, identify popular pages, measure performance and improve the visitor experience.

10. Photography, Video and Media Permiss

TeslaCorsa photographs and records events for recaps and website galleries. Some media is also used in Unplugged Performance social media posts and paid advertisements.

Media-permission language is provided in the applicable signup forms. Use of an identifiable person’s image, voice or likeness is subject to the scope of the permission obtained and applicable law.

Permission for one adult does not authorize use of another adult’s likeness. When permission is required for a minor, it must come from the minor’s parent or legal guardian. We receive written permissions concerning minors by email and may require additional documentation where appropriate.

A permission to attend or participate does not necessarily authorize advertising use unless that use is covered by the permission.

Contact signup@teslacorsa.com if you have concerns about being featured or wish to raise a question about existing content. Where possible, contact us before the event and identify the relevant person or media.
We will review requests in light of applicable permissions and legal requirements. Content published online may be copied or shared by others, and we cannot guarantee removal of material independently controlled by third parties.

11. Information Concerning Minors

Parents or legal guardians may provide information concerning a minor’s proposed participation or attendance.

We use that information to respond to inquiries, assess eligibility, administer permitted participation and document relevant permissions.

Providing information or permission does not establish that a minor is eligible to drive or ride as a passenger. Eligibility remains subject to the event’s rules, approvals and insurance requirements.

Parents or legal guardians may contact signup@teslacorsa.com to request access, correction or deletion of information they have provided concerning a minor, subject to applicable verification and recordkeeping requirements.

Please have a parent or legal guardian contact us before submitting a minor’s information through registration forms.

12. Retention

Registration records for Eventbrite events are maintained in Eventbrite. Event forms, marketing records and correspondence are maintained in the systems used for those activities.

Retention decisions take account of the purpose of the information, event administration, applicable legal and insurance requirements, communication preferences, and the need to address claims or disputes.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not automatically delete event records retained for another purpose. Limited suppression information may be retained to prevent further unwanted marketing.

You may contact signup@teslacorsa.com to ask about retention or request deletion. Some information may need to be retained where an applicable exception permits or requires it.

13. Security

We use website security tools and service providers to support our operations. No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Please do not send unnecessary financial, identity or medical documents through ordinary email or general inquiry forms.

14. Your Rights and Requests

Our website and communications may link to services operated by Eventbrite, Google, Unplugged Performance, Speed Ventures, social media platforms and others.

Their policies describe how they independently handle information. This policy covers TeslaCorsa’s own practices and does not replace those policies.
