On Sunday, October 4, 2026, TeslaCorsa 46 brought 21 drivers to Buttonwillow Raceway Park’s new Circuit course for a day of learning, driving, and connecting with fellow Tesla owners. With four sessions each for the beginner/intermediate and advanced groups, everyone had opportunities to build confidence and explore their vehicle’s capabilities on a closed course.
Temperatures climbed above 100 degrees, but the enthusiasm never faded. From first-time participants to returning TeslaCorsa drivers, the community made this California Tesla track day memorable.
First Track Days and Familiar Faces
Four beginners joined us for TeslaCorsa 46, bringing curiosity and excitement to their first track experience. Throughout the day, we offered guidance on approaching different turns, answered questions, and helped drivers become more comfortable with the circuit.
Ride-alongs gave guests another way to experience the track and see how more experienced drivers approached each section. Watching those early nerves turn into smiles was one of the most rewarding parts of the event.
The vehicles included a Tesla Cybertruck, Model S Plaid, Model 3 Performance and Non-Performance, and Model Y Performance, which added variety to the paddock. Just as memorable were the people behind the wheel. One returning participant traveled from Boise, Idaho, a year after their first TeslaCorsa experience.
Another driver’s infectious enthusiasm brightened our conversations and captured the welcoming spirit that makes these events special.
Track Sessions, Supercharging, and a Place to Cool Down
Having Tesla Superchargers right next to the track made charging between sessions convenient. Drivers could finish a session, plug in, and spend their downtime talking with other owners instead of leaving the venue to find a charger.
Buttonwillow’s newly opened pavilion was another welcome addition. In the afternoon heat, it offered a place to cool down while watching other groups pass by on track. Together, these amenities made it easier to enjoy the full day, both behind the wheel and between sessions.
More TeslaCorsa Events Ahead
Beyond the laps, our favorite moments were the conversations, shared advice, and growing confidence we saw throughout the day. TeslaCorsa gives owners a place to better understand their cars, ask questions, and enjoy driving alongside a supportive community.
We’re grateful that everyone returned home safely after putting themselves and their vehicles through a demanding, rewarding day on track.
Thank you to all 21 drivers and everyone who joined us at Buttonwillow Raceway Park. We look forward to seeing familiar faces and welcoming new ones soon. Our upcoming event calendar will be released later this year, so keep an eye out for your next TeslaCorsa track day.
